1. Service Description

OddsHunter is a sports betting analytics tool that identifies arbitrage opportunities, value bets, and market movements across bookmakers. We provide information and analysis only — we do not place bets on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use OddsHunter
  • Sports betting must be legal in your jurisdiction
  • You are responsible for complying with local laws

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
  • You may cancel at any time via your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

4. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. Credit card details may be required. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.

5. Profit Guarantee

The Profit Guarantee entitles qualifying users to one free month if they do not achieve a net profit in their first paid month. To qualify:

  • Minimum 20 qualifying bets must be logged in BetTracker
  • Bets must have been placed at odds shown by OddsHunter at time of placement
  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the month end
  • One claim per user lifetime

6. Prohibited Use

  • Sharing account credentials with others
  • Automated scraping or bulk data extraction
  • Reselling or redistributing our data
  • Using the service in jurisdictions where sports betting is illegal

7. Disclaimer

Sports betting involves financial risk. Past performance of our tools does not guarantee future results. OddsHunter provides information only — all betting decisions are made at your own risk. We are not responsible for losses incurred through use of our service.

8. Limitation of Liability

OddsHunter's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes shall be resolved in Portuguese courts.
